Loyal Lifts Transportation Services is a family-owned company founded by Keith Alan Wells, a lifelong resident of Buncombe County, North Carolina. The company offers reliable, door-to-door transportation services tailored for individuals with mobility challenges, ensuring they can maintain their dignity and enjoy life to the fullest.

Keith's journey to establishing Loyal Lifts was deeply influenced by his personal health experiences. In 2015, he suffered a mini-stroke while working as a debris truck driver for the city of Asheville. This health scare prompted significant lifestyle changes, including weight loss and improved fitness. Over the next ten months, Keith lost 110 pounds, which positively impacted his health and spirit.

However, Keith faced additional health challenges, including diagnoses of throat and colon cancer, both of which required surgery and extensive recovery periods. During these times, he received substantial support from his community, including medical professionals, family, friends, and a city "leave-sharing" program that allowed colleagues to donate unused sick time.

After recovering from these health issues, Keith suffered a severe shoulder injury, leading him to reflect on his experiences. He recognized the profound impact that support and care had on his life and decided to create a transportation service that would offer comfortable, reliable, and respectful door-to-door transport for individuals facing mobility challenges.
