Loyal Lifts is a family owned transportation service founded by Keith Wells, a lifelong resident of Buncombe County. After facing his own health challenges, including a mini-stroke, two cancer diagnoses, and a serious shoulder injury, Keith understood firsthand what it means to live with limited mobility. We serve Buncombe and surrounding counties across Western North Carolina. Because we carry premium insurance, our drivers can go beyond sidewalk drop-off and pickup. That means help getting from your front door to the vehicle and from the vehicle to your destination.
Transportation Services We Provide
Our transportation services cover a wide range of everyday and special needs. Each ride is scheduled around you.
Medical Appointment Transportation
Non-emergency doctor visits and medical appointments make up a large share of our rides. We transport riders to:

How to Schedule a Ride
Booking with Loyal Lifts is simple. Follow these steps:

- Let us know about mobility needs, such as a walker, a wheelchair, or the need for a wheelchair to be provided.
- Tell us whether your driver should wait or return for pickup.
- Your driver arrives, assists you to the vehicle, and gets you where you need to go.
Our standard hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend and after-hours rides may be available for an additional fee. You can also view our availability calendar online.
Rates and Policies
Because pricing depends on distance and trip details, please contact us for a quote. Rides outside Buncombe County are priced by phone. Our base service fee is charged only once per trip, so if your driver returns later to pick you up, only mileage resumes. New riders can ask about our first-ride discount.
Please keep these policies in mind:
- Rides must be canceled with more than 24 hours notice, or the service fee will be charged.
- We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
- Drivers cannot provide change for cash transactions.
